QOTD - Choose between - Romance or Horror, Flowers or Chocolates, Pizza or Pasta, Fruit Cake or Pastry.
Name of the book - The Dark Side Of The Moon by Subham Arora.
Stars given - 5 on 5 stars and a bag full of questions.
My take on the book-
This book has essentially 3 short stories. None of them connected, other than being together - immortalized in a book forever. Ohkay, feel free to ignore my cheesy self. Valentines Day has me walking on air. So coming back to the book, three stories are called
1. The Last Skype.
2. In My Head.
3. The Ritual.
Every story is unique and amazing in it's own way. The first one is about a couple who have been together for a long time. One of them had to move for work and that's when things got sketchy. What happens next isn't something anyone could have guessed.
The second story is about a doctor and his patient. Many of us have passed judgments on others, without putting ourselves in their shoes. Well it's about time someone or something takes over.
And the third one will make you read it twice, not cause you will not understand the language, which is simple and classy but the story will get you in the feels.
For me the second story was an absolute favorite. Wonder which one is the author's favorite? Or is he even allowed to have favorites?
:) ;)
